My name is Alexandra Shelly—I’m a psychic medium, writer, reiki master, integrative trauma practitioner, sex magick guide & current masters student in clinical psychology to eventually become a licensed therapist!
I have been doing mediumship for 5 years now. This journey has been quite undulating.. figuring out where I belong and what space I want to create. I’d say I’m a brilliant blend of sparkly, magical, fairy vibes and the practical, grounded, desire to be HERE and now.
For years, I felt completely buzzed out, out of my body, anxious af, disassociated, disembodied, inflamed (lol), insecure, and second fiddle, for so many damn years. Over time I began to feel more confident in my beauty and self, but it was in 2022 when a very close friend and magical practitioner, Kayla Rose, introduced me to Sex Magick. I began my journey in 2023, legit the day I broke up with my boyfriend. I spent 7 days doing ritual 2X a day, connecting deeper with my body, orgasm and spirit. It was a spiritual and sexual awakening.
I also have known I’m meant to my work differently. For instance, not just be any kind of medium, but someone that goes deeper… hence going back to school, even becoming trauma certified. I drink cacao daily, channel write my spirit guides, connect with goddesses, but I also take prescription meds for OCD and ADD. We keep it real in this house.
I wanted to make a space that make me sparkle from the inside out. I also knew that my work is meant to be regenerative… yes, I’ll have big days, but I refuse to do work that burns me out. Recently, I was doing death/grief doula work and I was actually dyiinnnggg. It’s amazing and what I did was incredible, and I had incredible clients, but I was turning gray in the face. Right before all of it was going to blow up, I knew I couldn’t do it full time. I had to follow my intuition.
I haven’t mastered many things.. but I’d say one thing I’ve become quite an expert at is INTUITION…. Intuition has led me back to me. Intuition has never failed me. Intuition led me to the spirit world, which has also led me back to me. Intuition and spirit have been my guiding lights, and have been the reason why I can’t get enough of life.
